Welcome to ByteTheQuiz! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ByteTheQuiz's Web Application, located at https://bytethequiz.com.

By accessing this App, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use ByteTheQuiz if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Terms

By accessing the App, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ByteTheQuiz's web application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ByteTheQuiz's web application;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ByteTheQuiz at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process;
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the App in any manner that:

  • Violates any applicable national or international law or regulation;
  • Infringes upon or violates our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive;
  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive;
  • Promotes discrimination, hatred, or harm against any individual or group;
  • Harasses or interferes with any other user's use and enjoyment of the App;
  • Introduces any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the App, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ByteTheQuiz and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ByteTheQuiz.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
